At FIBYUS LIMITED we want you to be happy with your purchase. This page explains your right to return items and how refunds work. You have three distinct sets of rights, explained separately below.
1. Your 14-Day Statutory Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason and without giving a reason.
- To cancel, email us at info@fibyus.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
- After cancelling, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
- We will refund the full price of the goods plus the standard outbound delivery charge you originally paid.
- This statutory right applies regardless of any commercial returns policy below.
2. Our 30-Day Returns Policy (goodwill, in addition to your statutory rights)
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a commercial returns window of 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached.
- This is a goodwill policy offered on top of, and not instead of, your legal rights.
3. Your Rights if an Item is Faulty (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
Separately from the rights above, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.
- Within 30 days of delivery you may reject faulty goods for a full refund.
- After 30 days you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or partial refund.
- These rights are not time-limited to 30 days in all cases and exist independently of our commercial returns policy.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Items made to order or personalised to your specifications cannot be returned under our 30-day goodwill policy, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any such exclusions will be made clear on the relevant product page.
5. How to Return an Item

6. Return Postage Costs
- For change-of-mind returns (statutory cancellation or our 30-day policy), you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
- For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we pay the return postage. Contact us first and we will arrange this.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method only. We will notify you by email when your refund has been issued.
