These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the sale of products through fibyus.co.uk (the “Website”), operated by FIBYUS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16643424), with its registered office at Flat 21 Kelson House, Stewart Street, London, England, E14 3JQ (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By placing an order through the Website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.
1. About Us

2. Eligibility to Order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to place an order. All orders are for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Products
We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Product measurements and fabric composition are provided on each product page and in our Size Guide.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable charges shown at checkout. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on your order. Payment is taken at the time you place your order, via the secure payment methods offered at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before dispatch and will contact you if a correction affects your order.
5. Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming dispatch of your items. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and provide a full refund of any payment taken.
6. Stock Availability
All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund the affected item in full. We may dispatch available items separately where appropriate.
7. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery options, timescales and charges are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Returns, Cancellation and Refunds
Your rights to cancel, return and obtain refunds are set out in full on our Returns & Refunds page, including your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us at info@fibyus.co.uk and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate, including return postage costs.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, designs and our brand name, is owned by FIBYUS LIMITED or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our consent.
11. Our Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
